When Francis is not developing intricate surveillance plans he’s feeding his creativity.  Whether it’s portrait painting, prop design, or photography he never has any shortage of ideas.  He loves Lake Michigan bon fires with his family and searching for treasures on the beach.  Francis believes in a team-centric leadership style and guides by providing encouragement and open communication.  His positive attitude and commitment to quality motivates members of his team to reach their full potential.
