Rich Pedersen- Avid bowler and golfer. I root intensely for the Detroit Lions and attend all of their home games as a long-time season ticket holder. I'm a physical fitness enthusiast, especially weightlifting and yoga. I enjoy playing guitar and listening to rock music at a loud volume. Have a passion for photography and drone flying. I also am a very proud parent to 3 wonderful, adult children. I started at eos in 2013 and have enjoyed the journey from those humble beginnings to where we are now and look forward to continuing to play an integral role in the prominent growth of the company in the years to come.
